Use of the Site and Demo
These Terms govern your use of Medical.MyAIworker.online, the Morgan demonstration, and offers made through this site. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
The public demo is illustrative. It has no live access to patient records, calendars, EHR systems, forms, billing systems, or office workflows and does not complete real appointments or business actions.
AI and Healthcare Limitations
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. No output, compliance status, implementation result, patient outcome, revenue, or operational result is guaranteed. Licensed professionals and authorized practice staff remain responsible for care, clinical judgment, privacy decisions, and review of information.
Using Morgan or this site does not create a clinician-patient, professional, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the site or demo. Prohibited conduct includes submitting real patient or protected health information, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, introducing malicious code, impersonating others, using the service for fraud or harassment, or requesting diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency triage.
Third-Party Services
The site may rely on third-party services for AI, voice, hosting, forms, scheduling, communications, and payments. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Purchases, Service, and Refunds
The current Medical AI offer lists a one-time implementation payment of $2,500, recurring service of $1,500 per month for the first approved user and $1,000 per month for each additional approved user, and a target to go live within three business days. The checkout offer and any written service agreement control.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyAIworker.online, Medical.MyAIworker.online, SomeTechDude.com, and their operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, medical decisions, or reliance on AI output. Total liability relating to the site will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or $100 if nothing was paid.
