Morgan is a public demonstration with no live access to patient records. Do not submit protected health information, medical details, Social Security numbers, payment card details, financial account information, passwords, or other sensitive information.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Medical.MyAIworker.online and the public Morgan demonstration, provided by MyAIworker.online operated by SomeTechDude.com. A separately implemented customer system may have additional agreements, notices, safeguards, and retention requirements.
Information We Process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- What you type or say to Morgan so the public AI demonstration can respond during the session.
- Your name, email address, phone number, practice details, and other information you submit through contact or onboarding.
- Technical and session information such as browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps, and basic site activity.
- Purchase and billing status needed to provide service. Stripe handles payment card information; we do not receive your full card number.
How Information Is Used
We use information to operate the website and demo, respond to questions, provide requested services, process purchases, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.
Demo conversations are not used to build marketing lists. Email is used to respond unless the sender later becomes a customer or separately agrees to additional communication.
Service Providers and HIPAA
We do not sell personal information. Necessary third parties may process technical, session, communication, hosting, AI, voice, form, scheduling, or payment information to provide the site and requested services. Stripe processes payment card information under its own privacy terms.
HIPAA obligations depend on the full environment, including configuration, eligible vendors, required agreements, access controls, policies, training, integrations, and actual use. The public demo is not a patient intake channel and should never receive real patient information.
Retention and Choices
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, disputes, and customer service. Retention periods vary by provider and record type.
